Emilia Sotelo 

I started performing as a toddler.  I'd put on plays for my family during the holidays and practice musicals I'd written with my friends during recess. It grew into much more than a childish quirk.  It was a love, a deep passion that I never could shake.  I realized I had to be a performer.  

 

I grew up in Tucson, Arizona and had the privilege of attending the best performing arts high school in the city.  There I acted and sang in over thirty plays and musicals.  I was soon accepted into the prestigious University of Cincinnati: College-Conservatory of Music for Dramatic Performance, where I continued my vocal and acting education.  

 

It was a tough choice upon graduation between the west and east coast, but I finally chose to call Los Angeles my home in mid 2010.  My modeling work was concurrent with the move and I have built an impressive portfolio of my work with designers and photographers around Los Angeles and the world.  I have continued to act and sing in plays and musicals, as well as contribute my talents to many independent films and web series.  I am also a proud animal lover and vegan, who loves living life in the most natural and healthy way possible, while contributing to the betterment of our environment.  Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my site!
